of canoes we rent are Nova Craft's 16' "Royalex"
Prospector
. This canoe is stable, but
sensitive to leans for carving turns whether paddling
tandem or solo.
The moderate rocker in the keel
line allows quick pivoting and sideslipping in rapids.
